About This Role

This position requires an individual with expertise in substation systems to design, deliver, and continuously improve training pathways for substation apprentices and technicians.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive training programs that meet industry standards and ensure a high level of safety, compliance, and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with registered training organizations (RTOs) and industry providers to stay up-to-date with the latest training methodologies and technologies.
  • Oversee program compliance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support trainers in delivering high-quality substation programs, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Promote training programs externally through industry forums and awards.
