Program Development Manager Role Overview

This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that support the business objectives of the Delivery Services Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, and defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.

The successful Program Development Manager will be able to execute learning and development strategies, contribute to reporting on training activities, analyse data to drive results and learning effectiveness, and work strategically with L&D leaders to identify innovative solutions to localise training programs. This individual must also be able to drive adherence to standard learning solutions, get feedback from operational teams on areas of opportunity for improvement, and develop a communication strategy for promoting key training processes and activities across the network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyse data to drive results and learning effectiveness.
  • Work strategically with L&D leaders to identify innovative solutions to localise training programs.
