  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Receive and respond to guest bookings via various channels in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to hotel policies.
    • Answer calls promptly and provide excellent customer service, ensuring all necessary information is collected.
    • Foster a positive experience by promoting hotel facilities and services, utilizing strong product knowledge and sales skills.
    • Assist with front office tasks as needed, particularly during peak periods.
    • Address guest complaints and feedback in a professional and efficient manner, notifying relevant managers as necessary.
  • Requirements:
    • Previous experience in a similar reservations environment or customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting.
    • Strong proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
    • Knowledge of OPERA Cloud is an asset.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages a plus.
    • Proven ability to provide prompt and efficient service, including upselling opportunities.
