We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join our team at Mercure Darwin Airport Resort & Novotel Darwin Airport Hotel.

As a key member of our Front Office team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services, as well as promote upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes during peak periods, ensuring seamless transitions for our valued customers.
  • Manage guest complaints and feedback efficiently, escalating issues to the relevant managers as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a reservations environment or customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and proficiency in OPERA Cloud an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, with other languages a plus.
