Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Coordinator. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and their families, while also coordinating schedules and services for our caregivers.

About This Opportunity
  • You will be fielding new client and caregiver enquiries over the phone, ensuring relevant processes are followed and providing a welcoming and knowledgeable experience for our customers.
  • You will be coordinating client services and caregiver schedules daily via our Relationship Management System (RMS), to ensure that all clients receive the services they have requested and that compatible, regular, and consistent caregivers are provided.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Field new client and caregiver enquiries over the phone in a welcoming and knowledgeable manner, ensuring relevant processes are followed.
  2. Coordinate client services and caregiver schedules daily via RMS, to ensure that all clients receive the services they have requested and that where possible a compatible, regular and consistent caregiver/s are provided.

  • You must be able to build strong relationships and rapport with internal teams and clients, and always deliver exceptional customer service.
  • You must be able to learn technologies quickly to interpret and analyze data.
  • You must have strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • You must have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • You must be flexible, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure to think on your feet with shifting priorities in an ever-changing environment.
