Field Marketing Manager I Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Marketing Manager to launch and execute our field marketing strategy for the ANZ region in APAC. This is a foundational role in a key expansion market, responsible for driving demand generation and pipeline creation through integrated campaigns, account-based marketing, and regional events.

This role involves partnering with Senior Leadership to adapt and execute the comprehensive field marketing strategy, owning the regional marketing calendar, managing lead generation and pipeline acceleration, and collaborating with Sales leadership in ANZ to ensure alignment and enable sales success.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in B2B field marketing with a focus on demand generation and pipeline creation, demonstrated experience marketing to the ANZ region, and a track record of tying marketing activities directly to revenue goals.
