Regional Marketing Manager - Emergency Care

A talented marketing professional is required to drive the strategic vision for our APAC markets, covering eight countries. You will lead a high-performing team of marketers who support our product group, overseeing the development and execution of the marketing strategy.

The successful candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, with experience in translating strategy into results. They will be able to navigate complexity, managing a team that spans multiple roles, countries, and product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the APAC Emergency Care marketing strategy
  • Drive commercial performance, owning regional outcomes and making decisions rooted in strong business acumen
  • Build and lead a high-performing regional marketing team
  • Partner closely with country leaders, sales, medical education, and KOLs to drive adoption and growth
  • Manage budgets, track performance, and deliver measurable business results
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of marketing management experience
  • Proven track record of driving market share growth and business impact
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate strategy into results
  • Experience in navigating complexity and leading high-performing teams
