We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to join our team.

Job Overview:

This role will be responsible for driving demand, pipeline and awareness in Australia through the development and execution of regional marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in demand generation, field and partner marketing in a fast-paced environment.

A proven track record of driving tangible demand generation results and aligning with sales, channel and alliances is required.

The successful candidate will have the ability to influence and engage with senior leadership, drive operational excellence and fiscal responsibility.

In addition, they will have expertise in measuring key KPIs, metrics and insights to accelerate business outcomes.

The role will be based in the Sydney office with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategically plan and execute regional marketing campaigns to drive quarterly results across segments.
  2. Develop an ANZ marketing strategy and execution plan aligned to the global plan to drive quarterly results across segments.
  3. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to share insights, set market priorities and communicate quarterly plans, performance and ROI.
  4. Leverage localized campaigns and targeted programs in the region to drive customer engagement and increase meetings and conversions.
  5. Lead content localization strategy and prioritization with the ANZ team and global stakeholders.
  6. Plan, orchestrate and execute third-party industry and company-led events to engage, accelerate and network with prospects and customers.
  7. Manage operational systems, processes and budget within the APJ marketing team to ensure program and data accuracy.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years combined marketing experience preferably in demand generation and/or field and partner marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the ANZ market with tangible marketing experience working with sales, channel, and alliances, and cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage with senior leadership.
  • Track record of driving and delivering tangible demand generation results and aligning with sales, channel and alliances.
  • Experience in project, program, and event management with strong demonstratable operational and organizational skills and mastery of planning & execution frameworks.
  • Ability to drive operational excellence and fiscal responsibility.
  • Performance expertise measuring key KPIs, metrics and insights to accelerate business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that include written, verbal, virtual team collaboration.
