Business Development and Sales Growth Leader

We are seeking a Business Development and Sales Growth Leader to join our team at Healius. This role will be responsible for delivering revenue growth through the development and implementation of strategic business plans.
The successful candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, with experience in sales and business development in the healthcare industry. They will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement impactful marketing strategies tailored to the Medical Imaging market.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and regulatory bodies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking and other lead-generation activities
- Negotiating partnership agreements and managing ongoing relationships to ensure mutual success and achievement of objectives
- Meeting and exceeding revenue targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the organisation
The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
