Marketing Operations Specialist Job Description

This role leads field marketing initiatives for assigned geographic markets, driving collaboration with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the business strategy. A seasoned professional in strategic planning and execution of regional marketing programs is required to achieve revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of strategic field marketing plans
  • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and raise awareness of solutions
  • Research regional market perspectives to inform marketing strategies
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to promote communication and collaboration
  • Develop co-marketing programs with key reseller partners
  • Design go-to-market and ABM plans in alignment with strategic accounts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, preferably in technology targeting healthcare
  • Experience working with globally dispersed teams and colleagues

  • Ability to manage multiple workloads simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence at the C-Suite level
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
