Key Responsibilities

The Sports Camps Coordinator works primarily on our youth camps focused on health management strategies and practice with knowledgeable mentors.

This position involves both on-site and administrative work to prepare camp programs for success. On-site coordination includes team members, participants, equipment, and signage with clear communication and leadership. Administration involves responding to inquiries, detailed planning, and organizing event activities, schedules, and communications for participants and the leadership team.

  1. Develops program details, timelines, and planning for on-site logistics.
  2. Creates gear requirements, equipment lists, and activity schedules.
  3. Ensures each event's checklist is completed.
  4. Assists with post-event follow-up evaluation, including participant surveys and filing.
  5. Works with regional contacts to develop and achieve local objectives.
  6. Supports marketing events to potential participants, including organizations and health-care networks.
  7. Maintains accurate and complete files, including registration, waivers, and surveys.
  8. Collaborates with the team to ensure smooth program execution from start to finish.
