The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operator to join our team based out of our Melbourne Airport office. As a Customer Service Operator, you will be responsible for receiving phone bookings and delivery queries from customers, handling driver enquiries, and monitoring and managing customer accounts. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of service and ensuring that our customer delivery needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries and bookings
  • Handle driver enquiries and resolve any issues
  • Monitor and manage customer accounts
  • Maintain a high level of service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in customer-centric roles
  • Excellent communication skills (written, listening, and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good understanding of the geographical suburbs in and around Melbourne
  • Sound computer knowledge
  • Experience in a call center environment (ideal but not essential)
  • Previous experience working within logistics/transport (ideal but not essential)
  • Resilience, passion, and ability to work at pace and under pressure
  • A high level of motivation and energy with a strong focus on achieving outstanding customer experience results
