Sales and Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Braeside, VIC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Counter sales: Serve customers at the counter, via phone, and email.
- Customer service: Respond to customer enquiries and process orders efficiently.
- Versatile duties: Take responsibility for the sales floor, including merchandising and product displays.
- Location: Full-time branch-based role in Braeside, VIC, Monday to Friday hours.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A base salary estimated to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
- A lucrative profit-sharing scheme, offering additional income potential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional manner, and strong relationship-building abilities. With experience working in a customer service environment, you will have a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you must have a current driver's license and full Australian working rights.
