  • Efficiently handle, store, and deliver luggage to guest rooms, ensuring seamless service
  • Valet park and retrieve guests' vehicles with precision and care
  • Maintain our parking facilities to the highest standards, ensuring they are immaculate and inviting, reflecting our commitment to excellence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and welcoming approach
  • Communicate effectively and maintain a polished appearance
  • Stay up-to-date on local knowledge and events to assist guests effectively
  • Demonstrate high energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to enhance the guest experience
  • Possess a valid driver's license to facilitate vehicle handling
  • Show flexibility in working across a 24/7 roster, adapting to the needs of our guests and the hotel
