About the Role:

The Guest Services Agent is a vital part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all guest arrivals, departures, and room changes in a timely manner
  • Secure payment and issue room keys efficiently
  • Verify billing information and communicate with staff when guests are waiting for an available room
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and address guest concerns
  • Operate the switchboard station and generate daily reports
  • Provide directions and information to guests and handle all guest calls effectively
  • Arrange transportation for guests and manage cash handling at the beginning and end of shifts
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and adhere to company policies

Requirements:

  • Work in a standing or sitting position for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Develop strong working relationships and meet quality assurance standards
