About the Role

The Human Resources Administration Officer (HRAO) is a key member of the HR team at Central Australian Aboriginal Congress, responsible for providing administrative support to the HR functions. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to learn new skills and gain exposure to the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Assist with the management of the Congress compliance process
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives
  • Collaborate with the HR team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
