Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage market insights to deliver recommendations for product enhancements and new offerings, leveraging your expertise in the financial services industry.
  • Develop and refine customer propositions through voice of customer feedback, customer breakpoints, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Influence key product decisions and prioritization through compelling product performance insights, including financial, business, and customer experience metrics.
  • Engage with internal risk and governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and manage operational risk incidents.
  • Present product papers and reports to various governance forums, senior stakeholders, and leadership teams, effectively communicating complex ideas and strategies.
What We're Looking For

We want to hear from experienced professionals with a proven track record in product management, particularly in the financial services sector. If you have demonstrated expertise in leading strategic initiatives, driving growth, and enhancing customer experience, we encourage you to apply.

Essential qualifications include 5+ years of product management experience in financial services, minimum 2+ years of cards domain experience, and a deep understanding of the end-to-end business lending process and credit policy.
