Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Card Product Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with senior leaders to bring strategy to life through product launches or feature changes. You will also lead the review and enhancement of our pricing structure to balance customer and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products and features to market
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in credit card product management, preferably in a similar role at a leading bank
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Risk mindset and ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and delivering strong outcomes

What We Offer:
