The Opportunity:
This role is part of our Fleet Services team, which plays a crucial part in maintaining our buses' optimum condition through quality maintenance and repairs. You will be supported by experienced workshop staff who will mentor you in technical knowledge and skills, enabling you to thrive in the transport industry.
To further develop your talent from the ground up, you will be part of a comprehensive program that includes career progression opportunities locally and interstate. Our strong focus on providing safe, clean, and reliable bus services for customers drives our efforts to maintain high standards.
You'll work in our Launceston depot as part of this journey, starting and completing your apprenticeship with a transport industry leader.

The Requirements:
- A willingness to obtain a Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- Owning a Class C Driver's License upon reaching the required age
- Participating in short-term inter-depot travel for technical learning experiences
- Good written and verbal communication skills, along with computer literacy
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality
