Job Title: Cybersecurity Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead our Vulnerability Management team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving security initiatives, building high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Vulnerability Management team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks across the organization.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect against emerging threats and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging experimentation, learning, and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the product development lifecycle, ensuring secure-by-design solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving security initiatives, building high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies, including threat management, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience working with security tools, frameworks, and architectures.
