Our organization is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Risk Manager to join its team of cybersecurity professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mitigating security risks across our systems, networks, and applications.

Job Description:

The Cybersecurity Risk Manager will play a key role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and systems. This will involve conducting comprehensive risk assessments, developing and implementing mitigation strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a cybersecurity or risk management role within the financial services industry or a complex environment
  • In-depth knowledge of IT risks, security controls, and relevant technologies
  • Familiarity with ISO27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2 Type I and II standards
  • Strong experience in audit coordination, preparation, and response activities
  • Ability to identify, assess, and escalate risks and security incidents effectively
  • Proven track record in writing and updating policies and procedures
  • Candidate must possess Australian Government Security Clearance
