Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of Accounts Receivable Officers to achieve business outcomes and uphold company values.

Oversee credit applications, collections, allocations and customer service functions.

Partner with stakeholders to resolve disputes and ensure timely debt recovery.

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators and service levels, ensuring compliance with internal standards.

Manage bad debts and collect receivables within agreed days sales outstanding targets.

Champion a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in accounts receivable or credit control (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong understanding of AR processes with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • A dynamic mindset with a passion for process optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A team player who leads by example and fosters a culture of accountability and growth.
