Job Title: Engine Maintenance Specialist
Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Engine Maintenance Specialist.
This position involves:
- Applying documented procedures and policies to complete complex engine repairs, including identifying and preparing required parts and tools.
- Disassembling, inspecting, cleaning and reassembling engines and/or engine components.
- Performing preventative maintenance based on engine assessments.
- Assisting senior technicians with diagnostics and repair planning.
- Completing required documentation, such as work records and time sheets.
- Maintaining work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.
The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills to convey complex information to diverse audiences, a customer-focused approach to deliver solutions that meet customer needs, self-motivation to continually develop new skills and seek challenges, adaptability to adjust approach and demeanor in response to changing situations, and strong health and safety awareness to identify and report potential hazards.
