We're seeking a passionate Retail Sales Associate to join our team in our Birkenhead Point Outlet, Sydney Store. As an Icebreaker, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling our products, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
  • Sell Icebreaker products, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for outdoor activities and a love for nature-inspired clothing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience. You'll also enjoy:
