About This Role

As a seasoned operations leader, you will oversee daily park activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. Your key responsibility will be to manage the lifeguard team, ticketing staff, and operational personnel in line with established organisational structures.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have proven management experience in operations, recreation, hospitality or tourism, and hold relevant certifications such as Blue Card, CPR, First Aid, Bronze Medallion, and Advanced Resus. Strong time management and risk assessment skills are also essential.
