Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service at the Car Park Desk
  • Process payments and validate parking tickets for members, guests, and team members
  • Monitor car park capacity and ensure parking regulations are adhered to
  • Replenish and maintain ticket terminals
  • Maintain a safe and orderly carpark environment

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays
