About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Asset Portfolio Coordinator to join our Real Estate Management Services team in Sydney CBD. As a key member, you will build strong relationships with clients and landlords to ensure business objectives are met and expectations are exceeded.

You will achieve this by:

  • Managing daily tenant matters, responding to incoming requests, and assisting in resolving issues.
  • Implementing and maintaining orderly lease administration, financial management procedures, and overall reporting, including monitoring of all statutory charges.
  • Controlling the collection and reconciliation of monies, including rentals, outgoings, and recoverable costs in conjunction with strict arrears management practices.
  • Liaising with managers to coordinate operating and capital expenditure budgets, involving other key stakeholders in annual budget development where relevant.
  • Liaising with tenants regarding lease administration and policies/procedures relating to occupancy issues.
  • Managing all internal and external audit processes.
  • Liaising with client's solicitors to facilitate the preparation of appropriate lease and licence documentation as approved.
  • Negotiating new leases and lease renewals as instructed by clients in accordance with work process flows.
  • Participating in the maintenance of a detailed property database providing summary details of property leases.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will bring recent experience (3-5 years) in a similar position, strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise, high attention to detail, intermediate level Microsoft Office skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
