About the Role:

This role is an opportunity to support the delivery of major departmental programs. You will assist with administration duties, support the delivery of rehearsals, and other production requirements to ensure a smooth, efficient, and effective show week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Disseminate project and event information to teachers, parents, students, and stakeholders.
  • Support the Operations Manager in delivering various operational elements, including planning and logistical documentation.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with the Programs and Events team and contractors to ensure event delivery success.
  • Liaise with teachers, parents, students, and stakeholders to organize event elements as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized and strong administrative skills
  • Knowledge and love of the performing arts
  • Ability to adapt to your surroundings and work within a team
  • Willingness to obtain first aid training (annual training provided)
  • Experience in Microsoft Suite
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle (desirable)
