Sales Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Sales Support Professional to join our team at Teachers Health.
Job SummaryThis 6-month fixed-term contract role is responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the sales team leader to provide auxiliary support, including assigning leads, monitoring lead channels, running reports, and manual data entry.
About Teachers HealthTeachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund for the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members covering the lives of over 400,000 teachers, education staff & their families.
Responsibilities- Run daily sales reports for the Sales Team & across the CX Growth department.
- Manual input of leads from various lead channels.
- Monitor lead volumes and assign to the Sales Team and external sales teams
- Develop a rapport and liaise with external stakeholder lead channels. E.g. Teachers Federation.
- Monitor lead SLA and manage the Salesforce General Queue.
- Monitor the MBG E5 queue, transposing data to salesforce and delegating work throughout the Sales Team & external sales contractors.
- Accurately enter member paper applications & member applications received.
- Use work time and work resources effectively.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Strong multi-tasking, problem solving and analytical skills, particularly with attention to detail.
- Experience using multiple systems. Sales CRMs preferable.
- Ability to prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 4 weeks of annual leave.
