We're seeking an expert in digital supply chain management to join our team.

Job Summary:

In this critical role, you will partner with stakeholders to drive the evolution of our digital supply chain tools. You will analyze data, identify trends and best practices, and develop strategies to enhance their adoption and effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement updated supply chain work processes and procedures relative to digital supply chain execution and alignment with overall supply chain governance
  • Collaborate with sponsors, managers, leads, and project team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of change involved with digital supply chain tools
  • Design and deliver training programs for project personnel on digital supply chain
  • Track status of project deliverables and milestones related to systems configuration, implementation, and work execution
  • Elevate system/tool issues as necessary to the business unit DSC Implementation Manager or DSC Corporate team
  • Create and update governance, instructions, training materials, etc., relative to digital supply chain in collaboration with other functional and discipline resources
  • Deliver updated supply chain work processes and procedures relative to digital supply chain execution and alignment with overall supply chain governance and instructions
  • Provide insights to Program Management Office and other committees regarding status of end-user adoption
  • Report risks and issues that may impact project planning and execution success to the appropriate level in the organization
  • Work with Supply Chain Project team members and IS&T Technical team members to communicate deployment activity priorities, including coordination of production support critical issues
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience
Required Skills:
  • Data analytics skills to inform decision-making
  • Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, and logistics to construction projects
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in PowerBI for data visualization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to interface with corporate teams to resolve issues
  • Capacity to work in fast-paced environments to support projects
