Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced customer solutions professional to join our team in Ingleburn. As a key contact for our trade customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritise Customer Satisfaction by embodying a customer-first approach and exceeding expectations in all interactions.
- Foster Strong Relationships with key customers by establishing rapport and understanding their needs.
- Align with Company Values in all actions and decisions, demonstrating a commitment to our organisational values.
- Serve as Central Contact for all matters concerning order fulfilment, stock availability, delivery performance, and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with Transport Partners to resolve issues such as rejected orders and missed deliveries, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Utilise Stakeholder Management skills to handle multiple stakeholders and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Previous customer service experience in logistics/supply chain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, with experience in handling multiple stakeholders and prioritising tasks.
- Capable of influencing, managing, and challenging ideas and existing business processes.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis/reporting.
