Administrative Coordinator

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to oversee the administrative functions of their new Rehabilitation project.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend internal operational meetings and prepare accurate minutes.
- Draft, edit, and distribute standard production reports and summaries.
- Manage correspondence, data entry, and filing within production systems.
- Coordinate schedules, meeting minutes, and day-to-day operational admin tasks.
- Assist with site access, timesheet coordination, and production-related document control.
- Liaise with internal teams to collate and escalate key information efficiently.
- At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in mining, production, or operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables), Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver on tight turnarounds.
- Current Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical certifications.
