We're excited to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new store at Broadway Sydney — our first-ever location in NSW.

This is a big moment for Adore Beauty as we continue to grow our store network and connect with more customers face-to-face. We're creating a warm, welcoming space where beauty lovers can explore their favourite products, get honest, personalised advice, and experience the support you'd expect from your best friend in beauty.

As we expand our physical presence, we're looking for passionate, customer-focused team members to help bring the Adore Beauty experience to life in-store.

The Role

If you understand skincare and beauty, love connecting with customers, and enjoy helping others feel confident, this might be your perfect fit. We're seeking casual team members who excel in delivering personalised service and making every customer interaction meaningful.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
  • Maintain attractive product displays and keep the store clean and inviting
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, new launches, and industry trends
  • Process transactions efficiently while achieving sales targets
  • Manage stock, including restocking and inventory checks
  • Assist with promotional activities and in-store events
  • Build strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business

What We Are Looking For

  • At least two years of retail experience in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare
  • Experience as a beauty therapist, hairdresser, or makeup artist is highly regarded
  • Deep understanding of beauty products and keen interest in skincare trends
  • Excellent at connecting with customers and creating a positive shopping experience
  • Team player who works well collaboratively
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Confident, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
