Job Title: Strategic Business Growth Manager

This role leads the implementation of business development and growth strategies at a community level, providing expert advice on sales, partnerships, and account management to drive retention, relationship management, and growth outcomes.

To address skill shortages in priority areas, our organization is launching a Manufacturing Centre of Excellence, a joint initiative with the Australian Government and NSW Government. This centre will adopt an agile approach to skills acquisition, connecting industry and education partners to foster innovative training pathways and enhance core manufacturing skills.

About The Role

  • Degree/qualification in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading business development initiatives, strategies, and support systems for a large organization
  • Demonstrated experience managing business accounts and maintaining strategic relationships to maximize growth opportunities and sustained commercial outcomes
