We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee residential plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping, pest control, property (e.g. furniture, appliances, hospitality kits), as well as commercial warehousing, leasing services, website development/maintenance, customer service and property management services for Housing and Leasing Services (HLS).

HLS provides US Government employees with fully furnished homes, routine preventive maintenance and ongoing property maintenance. The HLS Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring continuous availability of facility infrastructure and exceptional appearance and first-class maintenance of facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in business concepts and accounting principles necessary for meticulous project cost and budgetary oversight. They will also possess strong technical, programmatic and personal leadership skills, with experience working in facilities operations, maintenance, and support services.

In addition, the successful candidate will have a degree in Project Management, Real Estate, or a similar Business related study from an accredited college or university, and five (5) years of experience working in Project Management, Real Estate, or a similar Business related field.

The HLS Program Manager will work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to high-level dignitaries and senior executive stakeholders. They will be expected to travel between our facilities in Alice Springs and the local area, with this position being onsite 100%.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure continuous availability of facility infrastructure and exceptional appearance and first-class maintenance of facilities.
  • Oversee residential plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping, pest control, property (e.g. furniture, appliances, hospitality kits), as well as commercial warehousing, leasing services, website development/maintenance, customer service and property management services.
  • Manage project cost and budgetary oversight, and maintain compliance with all Host Nation Real Estate regulatory requirements.
