Alternative to Custody (ATC) Program

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team in Alice Springs, NT.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering trauma-informed residential support and contributing to the formulation and review of resident plans. This role is ideal for someone with experience working in case management and AOD or therapeutic community settings.

  • Delivering trauma-informed residential support to residents
  • Developing and facilitating community-based programs for relapse prevention, harm reduction, and well-being
  • Contributing to the formulation and review of resident plans
  • Building supportive relationships with clients and their families
  • Maintaining accurate case notes and documentation
About You:
  • Certificate IV in Community Services (Alcohol and Other Drugs) or a related qualification
  • Experience working in case management
  • Experience in AOD or therapeutic community settings
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • A sound understanding of the TC model and the ability to respond effectively to challenging behaviours
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Lived experience and/or Aboriginality highly desired
