
Residential Care Coordinator

We are seeking a Case Manager to join our Alternative to Custody (ATC) Program based in Alice Springs.
The successful candidate will deliver trauma-informed, culturally safe residential support and develop community-based programs for relapse prevention, harm reduction, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering trauma-informed, culturally safe residential support
- Developing and facilitating community-based programs for relapse prevention, harm reduction, and well-being
- Contributing to the formulation and review of resident plans
- Building supportive relationships with clients and their families
- Ensuring the comfort and dignity of residents
- Performing assessments and intakes as required
- Participating in the development of new program content
- Maintaining accurate case notes and documentation

Requirements:- Certificate IV in Community Services (Alcohol and Other Drugs)
- Experience working in case management
- Experience in AOD or therapeutic community (TC) settings
- Experience designing, facilitating and participating in AOD and culturally-based group programs
- Exceptional communication skills
- A sound understanding of the TC model
- Strong organisational, time management, and documentation skills
- Lived experience and/or Aboriginality highly desirable
