Platform Architect Job Description

As a key member of our technology team, the Platform Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education technology. They will design and maintain effective technology platforms that are secure, up-to-date, and scalable.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the end-to-end Salesforce platform architecture to ensure scalability, security, compliance, and alignment with enterprise strategy.
  • Lead solution design and implementation of Salesforce architecture, establishing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps practices.
  • Optimise Salesforce data and integration architecture, enforcing enterprise security standards and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain the Salesforce technical roadmap, evaluating and adopting new Salesforce capabilities, actively participating in Scrum ceremonies.
Requirements

We seek an experienced architect leader with a strong background in enterprise technology and Salesforce architecture. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, with at least 6-8 years across Salesforce (CRM, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud) and 3-5 years in an architect leadership role.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to drive innovation and growth within the organisation. They will be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
