Enterprise AI Strategist

FinXL IT Professional Services is a trusted consulting firm, established in 2003. We deliver technology-enabled business solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

We seek an experienced Enterprise AI Strategist to deliver strategic consulting services into a leading telecommunications organisation.

This role is ideal for an architect with a deep understanding of enterprise AI, machine learning, and multi-cloud platforms.

You'll lead the AI strategy and support advanced solution design across agentic, generative, and multi-agent frameworks.

This engagement offers the potential for further extensions or future direct engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive enterprise AI strategy, architecture, and roadmap
  • Guide adoption of Agentic AI, Generative AI, and multi-agent orchestration
  • Architect scalable, secure, and ethical AI/ML solutions
  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and business to shape use cases and delivery
  • Present solutions to Architecture Review Boards and AI Governance forums
  • Lead the design and implementation of ML/AI Ops and supporting frameworks
  • Support cloud-native AI integration across Azure, GCP, and AWS (focus on Azure)
  • Contribute to reusable architecture frameworks, model lifecycle, and CI/CD
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience leading enterprise AI architecture in large-scale environments
  • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms: Azure, GCP, and AWS
  • Hands-on with tools like Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, and Databricks Mosaic
  • Experience in agentic architecture, orchestration, and multi-model integration
  • Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, and CI/CD for AI solutions
  • Strong communication skills, able to present to senior forums and translate tech for business
  • Background in telco or similarly complex enterprise environments desirable
