Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver best practice and case management in Recovery at Work. You will employ evidence-based strategies to drive successful outcomes.

You will provide sound advice and Case Management involving early intervention, workplace assessment, occupational rehabilitation, and recovery at work programs for complex or significant cases.

You will maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to implement strategies and work collaboratively to achieve positive health outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You hold Recovery at Work Coordinator Accreditation in accordance with SIRA requirements along with sound knowledge and experience of NSW Workers Compensation legislation.

An accredited Allied Health Professional (desired) with a background in Occupational Rehabilitation or Psychology is required.

You must be a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
