This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with individuals, guiding them through recovery and sustainable return-to-work programs. You will deliver services across multiple streams, including Same Employer and New Employer, conducting assessments and providing recommendations that support clients' long-term success.
Responsibilities- Conduct functional capacity assessments to determine clients' abilities and provide evidence-based recommendations for their return to work.
- Liaise with insurers, employers, medical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Deliver vocational and workplace assessments to identify clients' strengths and areas for development.
- Develop and implement tailored return-to-work plans that meet clients' individual needs and goals.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology is essential.
- Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset are critical for success in this role.
