Transform Lives as a Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team and support individuals in their journey to return to work and life after physical or psychological injury.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, psychometric testing, and interventions for job seekers with psychosocial and mental health barriers to employment.
  • Perform vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, and recovery support.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans for injured workers and case management for return to employment.
  • Assess and report on psychological functional capacities, including comprehensive assessments.
  • Make recommendations on the effects of mental health and medical conditions on work ability.
  • Compile detailed case notes and reports.
  • Support veterans' psychosocial, medical, and return-to-work goals.
  • Provide adjustment to injury and vocational counseling in-person and via phone.
  • Work with adult clients from diverse socioeconomic, educational, psychosocial, and cultural backgrounds.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Master of Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Eligibility for ASORC or RCAA accreditation upon graduation.
  • Recent graduates or those graduating in 2025.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment national criminal check.
  • Full working rights, a full driver's license, personal vehicle, and comprehensive insurance.
