Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize revenue operations systems, ensuring seamless user experiences, commission plan management, and quota updates.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to implement and improve system processes, driving data accuracy and business insights.
  • Develop and run regular reports on compensation, attainment, quota, and payment metrics.
