
Operations Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Manager to oversee all retail operations and drive business success.
This role plays an integral part in supporting the operations team and is responsible for building store management staff relationships, driving operational consistency, and providing ongoing training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff through regular communication and visits.
- Ensure outlets meet business standards and legislative requirements.
- Deliver ongoing training to management and staff on customer service, compliance, and industry-specific programs.
- Identify and provide opportunities for growth and development of existing teams.
- Recruit new team members to address staffing issues.
- Provide regular reports and liaise with the Group Operations Manager and Head Office team.
Requirements:
- Background in Retail Store Management.
- Broad range of business/retail knowledge, including marketing and operations.
- Understanding of POS software and hardware beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook/Presentation).
- Willingness to travel when required.
