Business Partner - APAC Sales Team

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as part of the Sales Operations organization.

Your role will be to work closely with APAC sales leadership, providing reporting and analysis of key metrics, offering strategic guidance and driving alignment across teams. You will also help drive alignment and standardisation in tracking and reporting of key metrics for the sales team.

In addition, you will assist the APAC sales team in optimising processes by suggesting solutions to business problems and helping implement those solutions.

You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact while paving the way for future initiatives that support growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Function as a business partner to APAC sales leadership, providing reporting and analysis of key metrics.
  • Help drive alignment and standardisation in tracking and reporting of key metrics for the sales team.
  • Assist the APAC sales team in optimising processes by suggesting solutions to business problems.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in an analytical and/or Sales operations function.
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Big-picture thinking skills with the ability to quickly understand overall business objectives and offer strategic guidance.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI.
