Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our paid social media marketing efforts.
This role involves developing and implementing a data-driven strategy to achieve business objectives across multiple social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media advertising, with experience establishing paid social ads on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of specialists and coordinators, managing social channels, and driving profitable growth through paid acquisition strategies.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (PR, Social Media, Digital or similar)
- At least 5 years of experience in establishing paid social ads across various social media platforms
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving and research abilities
- Exceptional leadership skills with high-performing team management
- Strong communications skills with key stakeholders engagement
- High organisational, project management and planning skills
- Knowledge of web and social analytics platform tools
