As the Strategic Promotions Director, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing compelling promotions and offers to attract and retain customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to develop targeted campaigns that drive business objectives and meet customer needs. You will work closely with Applied Science to design experiments and measure the effectiveness of promotions, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing ROI, marginal efficiency, and long-term LTVs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive promotion strategy aligned with growth targets for New MRR and ARPU.
  • Partner with regional Marketing teams to launch, monitor, and report on promotions.
  • Create and manage a promotional calendar to ensure timely execution of offers and promotions.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Customer Engagement to create scalable marketing materials and creative assets.
  • Analyze promotion performance, providing regular insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for segmentation and personalization of offers to enhance targeting and effectiveness.

Your Background

  • A strong background in Growth, Performance Marketing, CRM, or Product, with a focus on promotions optimization.
  • Experience running similar marketing programs is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis.
