Enterprise Solutions Specialist

The Enterprise Solutions Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth within regional accounts.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand market presence.
  • Lead the sales process from engaging potential customers to closing high-value deals.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Engage in deep technical discussions with customers to understand their technology needs.
  • Presentation of customized solutions to Enterprise and Data Center customers, addressing their most pressing infrastructure challenges.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and product advancements to provide customers with innovative solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years in a related role, such as Sales Engineer or Sales Manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Australian and International Standards knowledge.
  • BICSI RCDD qualifications preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong sales and technical skill set, with expertise in copper and fiber in enterprise and data center solutions and technologies.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven presentation and business relationship building skills.
