Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Fabrication Specialist to join our high-performing team in the Hunter Valley Coal Region. The successful candidate will work an afternoon shift.

The role involves performing precision fabrication tasks, including repair and overhaul of hydraulic cylinders, stripping, measuring, inspecting, and reporting on all components, cleaning and preparing components for assembly, and testing assembled cylinders.

As part of our team, you will be expected to attend and participate in toolbox talks to stay up-to-date with best practices and new technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant Mechanical Trade qualification (essential)
  • Solid understanding of hydraulic cylinder clearances and tolerances (desirable)
