We are seeking dedicated and experienced support workers to join our team, providing essential care and assistance to adults living with intellectual disabilities. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support and assistance to ensure the overall wellbeing of our clients.
  • Develop and facilitate recreational, artistic, living skills, and community access programs and activities for people with disabilities.
  • Transport clients to and from their day programs via wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of client activities, support requirements, and overall wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or higher in Disability/Community Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in a similar support worker role in the disability sector.
  • Commitment to person-centred approaches and values.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (3 doses).
  • Current driver's license.
  • Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • NDISWC (or willingness to obtain).
  • Completion of the NDIS Online Workers Module.
